3. Eligibility

To buy or sell Products, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. User-Generated Content

Sellers may upload digital content to the platform. By uploading, you represent that:

  • You own or have the rights to distribute the content.

  • Your content does not infringe any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy.

  • You grant DevStashPH a non-exclusive license to market, display, and distribute your content on the platform.

6. Buying Products

When purchasing a product, you are granted a license to use it according to the licensing terms stated by the seller. All purchases are final unless stated otherwise.

7. Licensing

All assets sold on DevStashPH are subject to the license type specified by the seller (e.g., personal, commercial, extended). You may not redistribute or resell the content without explicit permission.

8. Payments and Fees

DevStashPH collects payments on behalf of sellers and takes a commission on each sale. Sellers will receive payouts according to our current payout schedule. Users are responsible for any applicable taxes.

9. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final. Refunds may be granted only in the case of defective files or failure to receive access to the product.

10. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Upload or sell stolen or unauthorized content.

  • Distribute malicious code, viruses, or malware.

  • Misrepresent yourself or your content.

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the platform.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including the site design, branding, and logos, is owned by DevStashPH or its users and is protected by intellectual property laws.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive activity.

13. Limitation of Liability
